📍 106 Nalbandyan Street Chelsea is on the corner of Sayat-Nova Avenue and Nalbandyan Street, a central, busy crossroads in Kentron between the Opera and Republic Square. Northern Avenue, Swan Lake and the Opera Theatre are all under ten minutes on foot, and Republic Square and the Vernissage are just beyond. The neighbourhood is full of good spots: Surf Coffee, Coffeestory and 202°F for coffee, Lucha Tacos, Art Lunch and Nkoogh Cocktail Bar for the evening, and Go Green and Zovq markets a couple of minutes away.
