Located at 2/1 Abelyan Street, Skyline and Skyview, our two new apartments, sit in one of Yerevan’s newest and most modern developments, overlooking the Hrazdan Canyon, a view that instantly sets the tone. This is a different side of Yerevan. Calm, open, and well-planned, with modern infrastructure, wide streets, and everything you need close by. Supermarkets, pharmacies, and daily essentials are all within easy reach. Just a 2-minute walk takes you to Tumo Park, one of the city’s best-maintained green spaces, stretching along the canyon. Perfect for walks, runs, or just sitting with a coffee and enjoying the view. The city center is a short drive away, 19 minutes It’s slightly away from the busy centre, and that’s exactly the point. You get space, views, and modern living, while still being well-connected when you need it. Skyline is for those who want a cleaner, quieter, more contemporary Yerevan experience.

1. Should the unit include a sofa-bed or travel cot, an additional 'linen' charge will apply for their use. Guests must request these extra sleeping options before booking. 2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service. 3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies 4. Due to frequent back-to-back bookings, early check-in or late checkout might not be feasible. However, should this be a necessity for you, kindly inquire on your day of arrival or departure once the cleaning schedule is confirmed. Please note, we may not always be able to accommodate these requests. 5. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty. 6. We kindly ask you not to rearrange the furniture. If moved, please return it to its original place before checking out. Non-compliance will result in a $50 charge for furniture repositioning. 7. If the listing mentions Netflix or other streaming platforms, it refers only to the availability of the app on the smart TV. We no longer provide shared or corporate accounts. Guests must log in with their subscription after check-in.
