Just a short walk connects you with Baghramyan Avenue – one of the city’s most prestigious streets, home to embassies, government buildings, and tree-lined charm. You’ll find a SAS supermarket just a few minutes away, along with plenty of pharmacies, banks, and local grocery shops for your convenience. In just 14 minutes on foot, you’ll reach Lovers Park – a leafy escape filled with cafés and relaxed vibes. If you’re heading to the city center, a taxi ride takes under 5 minutes and usually costs less than $2. Prefer public transport? Barekamutyun Metro Station is also within walking distance, with just 2 stops to downtown Yerevan. Best of all, the apartment overlooks the Hrazdan River gorge – a stunning view and a great area to explore on foot. The riverbank offers hidden cafés, walking paths, and a bit of unexpected nature in the city. A calm, connected, and charming location — perfect for your Yerevan stay.

1. Should the unit include a sofa-bed or travel cot, an additional 'linen' charge will apply for their use. Guests must request these extra sleeping options before booking. 2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service. 3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use, as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies 4. We often have back-to-back bookings, so early check-in or late checkout may not always be possible. If you’d like to request it, please do so via our Guest Lounge. Housekeeping will confirm based on availability. A fee applies, which covers additional staffing to prioritise your apartment. If not pre-arranged, you’ll need to check availability on the day of arrival. 5. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty. 6. We kindly ask you not to rearrange the furniture. If moved, please return it to its original place before checking out. Non-compliance will result in a $50 charge for furniture repositioning. 7.
