The Cascade Hills residential complex is situated on a hill in the center of Yerevan. It is conveniently located near a transport interchange and is within walking distance of the Opera and Ballet building, via the stairs of the Cascade Complex. The complex offers 24/7 security, a separate playground, a swimming pool, a supermarket, various salons, a kindergarten, and a gym.

The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive a fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service. 3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available in the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies 4. Please note, If you need a FREE early check-in or late checkout, we can only confirm if it is available the same day of your check-in/checkout, as it depends on if there are other reservations back to back with yours. 5.
