It is not the immediate centre, and that is part of its appeal: you get a new building, a quieter neighbourhood feeling, balcony light, open views, and quick access by Saralanj Avenue toward Cascade and the city. Inside, the apartment has a gentle French-inspired mood, with warm neutrals, soft curtains, clean lines, and enough comfort for a small family, two friends, or a longer stay.

📍 Verin Antarayin Street, 136/1 Marais sits in Verin Antarayin, a prestigious new development area above central Yerevan. It is not the immediate centre, but it is well connected, quieter, and popular with guests who prefer newer buildings and easier access by car. Sky supermarket is only 2 minutes away on foot, while Rio Mall is around 8 minutes away. Haghtanak Park, the largest entertainment park in Yerevan, is about 10 minutes on foot and gives you green space, walking areas, and family-friendly things to do. Saralanj Avenue connects the neighbourhood quickly to the best parts of the city. Cascade lower boulevard is around 7 minutes by car, and you can also walk about 12 minutes to the top of Cascade, then take the stairs or escalators down toward the city.

1. Should the unit include a sofa-bed or travel cot, an additional 'linen' charge will apply for their use. Guests must request these extra sleeping options before booking. 2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service. 3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies. 4. Due to frequent back-to-back bookings, early check-in or late checkout might not be feasible. However, should this be a necessity for you, kindly inquire on your day of arrival or departure once the cleaning schedule is confirmed. Please note, we may not always be able to accommodate these requests. 5. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty. 6. We kindly ask you not to rearrange the furniture. If moved, please return it to its original place before checking out. Non-compliance will result in a $50 charge for furniture repositioning. 7.
