Zarobyan Street sits just off Baghramyan Street, a well-known central avenue connected with the National Assembly, Presidential Palace, embassies, Cascade, and the wider city centre. Cascade is about a 5-minute walk away, and Opera Theatre is around 9 minutes on foot. The Cascade area brings endless cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, and everyday conveniences close to the apartment. Yeritasardakan Park is also nearby for a quiet walk in the centre. Guests stay here for the location. You can enjoy the charm of central Yerevan without needing a car for every plan, while Republic Square is still only a short drive away.

1. Should the unit include a sofa-bed or travel cot, an additional 'linen' charge will apply for their use. Guests must request these extra sleeping options before booking. 2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service. 3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies. 4. Due to frequent back-to-back bookings, early check-in or late checkout might not be feasible. However, should this be a necessity for you, kindly inquire on your day of arrival or departure once the cleaning schedule is confirmed. Please note, we may not always be able to accommodate these requests. 5. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty. 6.
