It provides unparalleled views of the entire Yerevan, giving residents a unique perspective on the city. Saryan Street in Yerevan is celebrated as a wine lover's paradise, bustling with wine bars, cafes, and restaurants. It's a long avenue central to the city's cultural scene, hosting the Yerevan Wine Days festival in May. The area has diversified, now boasting a mix of dining options from vegan cafes to steak houses and cocktail bars. Coffee enthusiasts will find exceptional cafes like The Ground Zero, or Coffee 23.5. The street's vibrant and eclectic atmosphere makes it a prime destination for experiencing Yerevan's social and culinary delights.

1. Should the unit include a sofa-bed or travel cot, an additional 'linen' charge will apply for their use. Guests must request these extra sleeping options before booking. 2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service. 3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use, as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies 4. We often have back-to-back bookings, so early check-in or late checkout may not always be possible. If you’d like to request it, please do so via our Guest Lounge. Housekeeping will confirm based on availability. A fee applies, which covers additional staffing to prioritise your apartment. If not pre-arranged, you’ll need to check availability on the day of arrival. 5. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty. 6. We kindly ask you not to rearrange the furniture. If moved, please return it to its original place before checking out. Non-compliance will result in a $50 charge for furniture repositioning. 7.
