Located at 7 Agatangeghos Street, "Guru" offers a fantastic location just a 7-minute walk from Republic Square, home to Yerevan’s iconic singing fountains. You’ll be surrounded by three different parks, all within a 5-minute walk, each offering something unique. Yeritasardakan Park is perfect for enjoying great outdoor cafes, premium gyms with rooftop pools, and popular restaurants. For a quieter stroll, English Park offers a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere. The Anniversary Parks, with their charming fountains, are family-friendly spots where kids love to play. The area is well-served with numerous shops, pharmacies, and everyday conveniences. A 10-minute walk will take you to some of the most buzzing parts of the city, including Buzand Street, Amiryan Street, and Abovyan Street—all known for their vibrant mix of gastronomy, nightlife, and live music. This neighborhood provides everything you need for a comfortable stay, from peaceful parks to lively entertainment options, all within easy reach.

1. Should the unit include a sofa-bed or travel cot, an additional 'linen' charge will apply for their use. Guests must request these extra sleeping options before booking. 2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service. 3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies 4. Due to frequent back-to-back bookings, early check-in or late checkout might not be feasible. However, should this be a necessity for you, kindly inquire on your day of arrival or departure once the cleaning schedule is confirmed. Please note, we may not always be able to accommodate these requests. 5. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty. 6. We kindly ask you not to rearrange the furniture. If moved, please return it to its original place before checking out. Non-compliance will result in a $50 charge for furniture repositioning. 7. If the listing mentions Netflix or other streaming platforms, it refers only to the availability of the app on the smart TV. We no longer provide shared or corporate accounts. Guests must log in with their subscription after check-in.
