📍 Isahakyan Street 38 This is one of the most recognisable locations in Yerevan. Elysian sits beside the Cascade stairs, in the historic Tamanyan area where the city feels artistic, walkable, and alive from morning coffee until late evening. The Cafesjian Center for the Arts, open-air sculptures, fountains, park space, cafes, restaurants, coffee spots, and central walking routes are all around you. It is the kind of address where you do not need to plan too much. You step outside and the city is already happening. Guests stay here for the atmosphere as much as the convenience. Cascade is central, beautiful, and full of places to eat, drink, walk, meet people, or simply sit outside and feel Yerevan.

1. Should the unit include a sofa-bed or travel cot, an additional 'linen' charge will apply for their use. Guests must request these extra sleeping options before booking. 2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service. 3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies. 4. Due to frequent back-to-back bookings, early check-in or late checkout might not be feasible. However, should this be a necessity for you, kindly inquire on your day of arrival or departure once the cleaning schedule is confirmed. Please note, we may not always be able to accommodate these requests. 5. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty. 6. We kindly ask you not to rearrange the furniture. If moved, please return it to its original place before checking out. Non-compliance will result in a $50 charge for furniture repositioning. 7. If the listing mentions Netflix or other streaming platforms, it refers only to the availability of the app on the smart TV. We no longer provide shared or corporate accounts.
