Just a 3-minute walk from Davtyan Park, a calm and relaxing space perfect for a stroll or a coffee. Komitas Avenue itself is bustling with endless shops, supermarkets, and the iconic Komitas open-air food market, where you can find fresh local produce and specialties. Getting to the city center is a breeze. A premium taxi ride will take you directly to Cascade, Opera Theatre, or Republic Square in just a few minutes, costing around $3 for door-to-door convenience. If you prefer public transport, Komitas has excellent links, making it easy to reach any part of Yerevan. This neighborhood combines the best of local life with easy access to the city’s cultural hotspots, offering the perfect balance for your stay.

1. Should the unit include a sofa-bed or travel cot, an additional 'linen' charge will apply for their use. Guests must request these extra sleeping options before booking. 2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service. 3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies 4. Due to frequent back-to-back bookings, early check-in or late checkout might not be feasible. However, should this be a necessity for you, kindly inquire on your day of arrival or departure once the cleaning schedule is confirmed. Please note, we may not always be able to accommodate these requests. 5. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty. 6. We kindly ask you not to rearrange the furniture. If moved, please return it to its original place before checking out. Non-compliance will result in a $50 charge for furniture repositioning. 7. If the listing mentions Netflix or other streaming platforms, it refers only to the availability of the app on the smart TV. We no longer provide shared or corporate accounts.
