📍 Yeznik Koghbatsi Street, 16 Chicago is in a highly central part of Yerevan, right by the park named after Missak Manouchian and just off the movement of Aram Street. This is one of the easiest areas for walking between the city's main cafes, restaurants, parks, shopping streets, and evening spots. Aram Street is close by, with iconic places, pubs, restaurants, and easy links toward both Republic Square and Saryan Street. On the other side of the park, the Seasons Cafe area brings fountains, entertainment, and a lively city atmosphere. Guests stay here because the location makes Yerevan simple. Republic Square, Northern Avenue, Saryan's wine scene, Cascade, supermarkets, cafes, and daily conveniences are all within comfortable reach.

1. Should the unit include a sofa-bed or travel cot, an additional 'linen' charge will apply for their use. Guests must request these extra sleeping options before booking. 2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service. 3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies. 4. Due to frequent back-to-back bookings, early check-in or late checkout might not be feasible. However, should this be a necessity for you, kindly inquire on your day of arrival or departure once the cleaning schedule is confirmed. Please note, we may not always be able to accommodate these requests. 5. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty. 6. We kindly ask you not to rearrange the furniture. If moved, please return it to its original place before checking out. Non-compliance will result in a $50 charge for furniture repositioning. 7.
