📍 Aram Street 86 Caramelle is in one of Yerevan's strongest central locations, right by Seasons Park, also known by many locals as Malibu Park. This is where the city feels alive in the easiest way: fountains, installations, ice cream, cafes, cocktail bars, pubs, restaurants, and evening walks are all around you. Saryan Street is about 1 minute away on foot, with wine bars, restaurants, and Yerevan nightlife close by. Northern Avenue is around 5 minutes away, and Opera Theatre is about 8 minutes away on foot. Carrefour supermarket is directly under the building, which makes daily life extremely convenient. Guests stay here for the premium new building, the high-floor views, and the rare feeling of having Yerevan's best central streets available without planning around taxis.

1. The apartment can host up to 5 guests. There are two 180 x 200 cm beds in the bedrooms. The 5th guest can sleep on the living-room sofa, but please note that the sofa does not open as a sofa bed. 2. Should the unit include a sofa-bed or travel cot, an additional 'linen' charge will apply for their use. Guests must request these extra sleeping options before booking. 3. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service. 4. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies. 5. Due to frequent back-to-back bookings, early check-in or late checkout might not be feasible. However, should this be a necessity for you, kindly inquire on your day of arrival or departure once the cleaning schedule is confirmed. Please note, we may not always be able to accommodate these requests. 6. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty. 7. We kindly ask you not to rearrange the furniture. If moved, please return it to its original place before checking out. Non-compliance will result in a $50 charge for furniture repositioning. 8. If the listing mentions Netflix or other streaming platforms, it refers only to the availability of the app on the smart TV. We no longer provide shared or corporate accounts.
