Located at 16 Sayat-Nova Avenue, right on the crossroad with Nalbandyan Street, this is as central as it gets in Yerevan. Step outside and you’re already in the middle of everything. In just 3 minutes, you’re at Swan Lake and the Opera area the true heart of the city, where everything happens. From there, Northern Avenue, Cascade, and Republic Square are all within easy walking distance, making it effortless to explore without ever needing transport. Around you, it’s all there — supermarkets, pharmacies, cafés, restaurants, and everyday essentials literally at your doorstep. If you feel like slowing things down, a short 4-minute walk towards Khanjyan Street takes you to large green parks, perfect for a break from the city buzz. Safe, lively, and perfectly connected Candy puts you right in the center of Yerevan, exactly where you want to be.

1. Should the unit include a sofa-bed or travel cot, an additional 'linen' charge will apply for their use. Guests must request these extra sleeping options before booking. 2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service. 3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies 4. Due to frequent back-to-back bookings, early check-in or late checkout might not be feasible. However, should this be a necessity for you, kindly inquire on your day of arrival or departure once the cleaning schedule is confirmed. Please note, we may not always be able to accommodate these requests. 5. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty. 6. We kindly ask you not to rearrange the furniture. If moved, please return it to its original place before checking out. Non-compliance will result in a $50 charge for furniture repositioning. 7. If the listing mentions Netflix or other streaming platforms, it refers only to the availability of the app on the smart TV. We no longer provide shared or corporate accounts.
