Just 2 minutes away, you’ll find Children’s Park—perfect for a morning coffee, a peaceful walk, or time with the kids. A stroll through the park leads you directly to Republic Square, only 5 minutes on foot, where the city’s iconic fountains and lively atmosphere await. Right across from the apartment is a Yerevan City Hypermarket, making grocery runs quick and easy. A 10-minute walk down Mashtots Avenue takes you to Saryan Street, home to some of the city’s best restaurants and wine bars, or to Aram Street, known for its buzzing vibe and local hangouts. With pharmacies, local shops, and supermarkets all around, this is a super safe and walkable neighborhood, perfect for experiencing the best of central Yerevan.

1. Should the unit include a sofa-bed or travel cot, an additional 'linen' charge will apply for their use. Guests must request these extra sleeping options before booking. 2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service. 3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use, as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies 4. We often have back-to-back bookings, so early check-in or late checkout may not always be possible. If you’d like to request it, please do so via our Guest Lounge. Housekeeping will confirm based on availability. A fee applies, which covers additional staffing to prioritise your apartment. If not pre-arranged, you’ll need to check availability on the day of arrival. 5. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty. 6. We kindly ask you not to rearrange the furniture. If moved, please return it to its original place before checking out. Non-compliance will result in a $50 charge for furniture repositioning. 7.
